Our meeting rooms: an ideal solution for business in Rome

The Conference Centre in the "Ambasciatori Palace" is one of the most renowed in Rome for business meetings, conferences, presentations, congresses. Umberto Martuscelli, General manager of the hotel for many years, has succeeded in obtaining for it a high quality standard, without interfering with the guests’ care and service.
There are eleven meeting rooms and the seating is from 10 to 200 people. All are equipped with air conditioning, loudspeakers, screen, overhead projector and flip-chart, stationery . Also available on request are: recording and videorecording using videocameras, videoconferences, simultaneous translations, closed-circuit Tv, modular platforms, hostesses, photographers and security guards. The rooms are named after their main décor feature:

The "Ambasciatori Room" is the most imposing one, and is linked directly to the hotel’s main hall
The "Stucchi Room", with its decorated columns and intricate stucco-work, allows for scenographic receptions and buffets;
The "Room 19" is the most practical for no-frills meetings ;
The "Specchi Room" is ideally placed for finishing up the meeting in the adjoining Restaurant “La Terrazza”;
The  "Palazzo Room", secluded and soundproof, is ‘par excellence ‘ for business meetings;
The quiet "Pagoda Room" is ideally placed next to the main« Ambasciatori » Room;
The "Caminetto Room" is the smallest and more private;
The "Mappamondo Room" has a distinctive, sober décor;
The "Room 16” and “Room 18” are very private and ideal for top meetings;
The "Americhe Room" is the most suited for receptions.
